Culture and customers the Innocent way

I’ve just read this blog over lunch and loved it: Innocent Drinks Fruit Towers

I visited Innocent Drinks about 8 years ago, soon after their UK launch,  to interview their Head of HR (Innocent job title: Queen Bee) when I was working as a journalist fresh out of uni. I’m both amazed and impressed that I still recognise their company culture all these years on, despite them having gone from tiny start-up to multi-million pound drinks empire.

There’s a lesson here for all of us about both creating inspiring places to work and how this culture feeds into our relationship with our communities: You really have to live and breathe it for others to believe it too.
